The final chapter of the Matrix saga will be released in major cities around the globe, at the same time.

Warner Bros. plans to release "The Matrix Revolutions" simultaneously on Wednesday, November 5, as part of it's "Zero Hour" marketing champaign. "Revolutions", the climax of the Wachowskis' highly anticipated Sci-Fi thriller, will debut in theaters on regular 35mm and IMAX's digitally re-mastered, 70mm format, at the exact same moment in time, in every major city around the world. "The Matrix Reloaded" has earned over $734 million in the worldwide box office, which has made it the highest-grossing film of the year, the highest-grossing R-rated film in history, both domestically and internationally and the first film in history to gross more than $100 million in a single weekend.
